The official language of the Congress is English.

Certificate of Attendance
All registered attendees both pre-registered and on-site, will receive a Certificate of Attendance on the last day of congress.

The local currency is Turkish Lira (TL). The exchange rate is daily. Foreign currency can be exchanged at the airport, banks, hotels and exchange offices
***Bank business hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Banks are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. All banks have similar exchange rates.

Invitation Letter
The Congress secretariat can provide a letter of invitation upon request. These invitation letters can only be used for purposes of attaining leaves. Guests who are to receive such invitation letters will be responsible for incurring their own registration and accommodation fees.

How to get to Istanbul
Istanbul has two international airports: one on the European side (Istanbul Airport) and one on the Asian side (Sabiha Gökçen Airport). Both can be used but Istanbul Airport is located much closer to the Swiss Hotel.

Istanbul Airport
Istanbul Atatürk Airport is located 38 km northwest of Istanbul. You can use taxi or private transfer to go to the city.
Available at taxi stands or hailed on the street. In Turkey taxis are yellow or turquoise colored and have meters. The journey will cost approximately 120 TL to 150 TL (equal to 20 € - 25 €) depending on the route the driver will use and will take about 50 minutes.The meter in the car applies and charges as Turkish Liras (TL), please note credit cards are not yet valid in taxis. The taxi rates are same all day and night long.

Sabiha Gökçen International Airport
Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is located at the Asian coast of Istanbul. It is located 50 km southeast of the city center.
